Gentry is no saint. He likes money, sure, but what he craves more is:

• Your friendship.

• Your good review.

• Your repeat business.

• Access to your network.

These gifts pay dividends—financially, socially, spiritually.

Gentry believes in enlightened self-interest. That’s why his fees are straightforward in a notoriously murky industry — not because he’s a nice guy, but because he knows long-term gains matter.

Three things about Gentry’s pricing:

Free Performances: He charges for prep, not the show — $100 an hour for unseen labor, dedication, risk. Of that, $65 vanishes into taxes and expenses. Only $35 goes into his pocket. 99% of Gentry’s work happens unseen, before the curtain rises.

No Negotiation: Gentry’s prices are listed on his website. Colleagues call it a bad idea; Gentry calls it “skipping the b.s.” Like you, he wants a straight deal with no fuss.

Sliding Scale: Gentry believes in fairness. Can’t afford the bronze, silver, or gold tiers? There’s a marble option for sincere folks on tight budgets.

If you find a clearer deal from a performer of similar quality in this business, hire them.

Gentry offers tailored solutions without the usual sales tactics. Just fill out a simple form, and he’ll send a clear proposal. No travel fees, no hidden costs.

Once booked, he’s yours for four hours. He focuses on the audience, not the clock.

Furthermore, Gentry is transparent about fees, advocating for proportionality. $6000 might be a rounding error or a tax write-off for a corporation, but a small fortune to a normal family.

Gentry trusts the honor system. He’ll consider your best offer — your only offer. Sincerity means your first shot is your best and only shot. He’ll say yes if it fits.

Make your best offer. If it’s fair, and the date is open, Gentry will likely say yes. Unsure what to propose? Check the infographics below.

Remember, sincerity is key. No reasonable offer is insulting. Just offer what you can, and he’ll accept it if he can.
